MEN'S 2020 VISION HUB
Giving men vision and purpose
REGISTERED CHARITY NUMBER: 1190077

The Men's 2020 Vision Hub has developed a site in Bournemouth that delivers our key purpose, which is to tackle the ever increasing challenge to men’s wellbeing by providing support and engagement.
We aim to achieve this by providing a space where men over the age of 24, can undertake recreational and skill-led activities to improve their self worth, whilst developing meaningful interactions through learning, supporting and encouraging one another.

Men's 2020 Vision Hub Statement
Providing a local hub where men have an outlet from the pressures of modern life to focus on positive and engaging activities.
How It Works
In order to fully meet the purpose of Men's 2020 Vision Hub we have looked to partnership with the national organisation 'UK Men's Shed's Association' (SHEDs). We have completed the first part of our purpose through the provision of pool tables, a table tennis table, a darts area and a working kitchen. This is currently used onTuesday evenings.
To meet the second part, that of running practical skills workshops, we have linked with the expertise gained by partnering with over 150 SHEDs in the UK. Through the support offered by membership of SHEDs we intend that the best use is made of our two workshop spaces, our growing list of tutors/helpers and our own local knowledge.
Who We Are
And What We Do
As with most things, running the Hub comes with a cost. To help us meet this we ask you to consider becoming a member, contributing £20 annual subscription and donating £5.00 for each session you attend. But before you decide, come along and meet the guys, see what we get up to and if it is your thing, we can then talk about membership.
